Plenary presentation of IPH5201 Phase 2 interim results at AACR 2026

Lyon, France, April 22nd, 2026 – OREGA Biotech announces that interim results from the Phase 2 MATISSE trial of IPH5201 were presented on April 21st in plenary session at the AACR Annual Meeting 2026. The study evaluates the CD39-blocking antibody combined with durvalumab and platinum-based chemotherapy in patients with resectable early-stage non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).

Key findings

40 patients with stage II–IIIA NSCLC were treated. The safety profile was consistent with preoperative platinum-based chemotherapy plus durvalumab.

These results compare favourably with historical data from the Phase 3 AEGEAN study. Biomarker analyses demonstrated CD39 target engagement and suggested a correlation between CD39+ tumour cell density and response, supporting the continuation of the study.
